Before transitioning into Consulting, Uli spent 25+ years in HR Leadership roles across a variety of industries such as Medical Devices, Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals and the Industrial sector which today are the focus areas for his consulting practice. The last 14 years of his corporate career he was part of Danaher Corporation, a Fortune 150 Science & Technology company where - among other roles - he served as the VP Global Human Resources for Hach and later as the VP Global Learning & Organizational Development for Danaher.

Uli has a strong background and extensive experience in recruiting and assessing talent for complex and difficult-to-fill senior leadership roles in different cultural environments. In addition to retained executive search he also provides consulting to help clients solve critical leadership, organizational development and change management needs as key enablers for future business growth. Having "sat on the other side of the table” he quickly understands clients' businesses, pain points and expectations while having the experience to deliver customized solutions with measurable impact to the bottom line.

Uli received degrees in Business Administration from the University of Bridgeport, CT in the US and in Human Resources Management from the University of Wuerzburg in Germany.  A German native, Uli is fluent in German, English and French. Together with his wife and their two daughters he has been living in Colorado since 2007.
